Status: busy as usual

For those that haven't heard, I'll be starting my shiny new job tomorrow. That's right, I'm joining the ranks of the money-earning elite in “The Real World”.

Given the number of people who have lost their jobs because of blogging related mishaps, this is likely to be the last you'll hear of my work-related activities. Given the fact that I'm looking forward to this job and plan to engage my brain's limited capacity learning the project, this might be the last you'll hear of anything for a week or two. I promise to return, hopefully with the new layout I've been working on.

I'll leave you with this thought, inspired by a friend's recent discovery:

Sometimes the annoying bird that's been waking you every night for a week isn't a bird at all; sometimes it's a smoke alarm.

Never underestimate the power…

When the Switch campaign first started, I wasn't interested. I didn't see why I should make the change. Sure, some of the ads were smart and funny, but it just didn't appeal to me.

Now, though, I'm tempted. The latest Switch ad has almost convinced me. What would Master Yoda say?
