Coffee is now not only good for you, but it's also good for the environment. It seems that waste coffee grounds make a good negative electrode inside lithium-ion batteries. Not only is this going to reduce the amount of landfill, but it apparently reduces the cost of manufacturing the batteries by up to 10 percent.

I think we should all start drinking more coffee. For the environment, of course.
