In the ongoing SCO vs Linux (AKA: you stole our code, but we're not going to tell you which bits) saga, it appears that SCO are even stupider than we first thought. Not only is the code example that they have given perfectly legal to use, but they have further proven themselves incompetent through their “obfuscation” of their code-comments.
As Linus Torvalds has said, “I allege that SCO is full of it”. Can we all just go back to writing our code now?
